More Ways To Share

It’s true, Youdopia. Jonesy has a new band. A real band, to boot. Dave Grohl is on drums, and Josh Homme, from Queens of the Stone Age. Take a look at the pictures from last night’s gis (8.9.09) and see if you can pick out the 63 year old. I’m glad that Jonesy is staying active, and with new music, to boot. These boys haven’t done any cover versions yet, and there’s an album on the way. In a band with Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, the Foo Fighters, and QOTSA in their lineage, it’s ballsy to not do any songs from those bands, but very admirable. Here is a video from their premiere gig (i’m sure it will disappear soon). Thus this is the Coolest Shit Ever.
