In the summer of 1999, I was introduced to the electronic music of Aphex Twin. It was a hell of a summer. So many great stories I can’t tell, you… dopia. . Let’s just call it the summer of dilated pupils.
Anyway, you know I love music, and I wanted to introduce you to a tributary of music that you might not expect from me. Aphex Twin. Come To Daddy. Dig it. It is, without a doubt, the Craziest Shit Ever.

I like Window Licker more, as well, as music. Come To Daddy is just effectively dark and menacing. Of all the Richard D James music I have heard (which is all of it up to 2001) my favorite is Expert Knob Twiddlers (by Mike and Rich).
