Free Download Friday: RUSH Live in L.A. 8/11/10. Entire Album Moving Pictures Live + 2 Hours
20 Aug, 2010 in Coolest Shit Ever, fnord, Free Download, musicHappy Free Download Friday, Youdopia! Today I am sharing a concert by Rush, from just a couple of weeks ago. It’s from 8/11/10 in Los Angeles at the Gibson Amphitheater. I am posting this for a friend of mine. Hi, J! I haven’t found the show you went to, but this one sounds great, and has the same set list, I believe.
The quality is great, with incredible clarity of the drums, bass, and vocals, with the guitar a hair lower in the mix. It’s from the master recording, converted to high quality LAME VBR mp3, to you.
Rush performs Moving Pictures in its entirety, and does a full (3 discs) set. The stage design has a steampunk aesthetic. I dig it. You can see the setlist after the pagebreak. Enjoy the music, and I hope you think it’s the Coolest Shit Ever.

You rock! I can’t wait to listen to it. I’m seeing them on 9/14 at the Boston Garden. Should be fun.
That will be awesome! If you remind me, chances are good that I can find a copy of that show for you.
Thanks for reading, Mark!
I saw this show a week ago, today, (8/22/10)! The setlist is identical to the St. Louis show, minus the St. Louis banter the band had with the audience. I thank you very much for this post. Thanks for letting me re-live the experience!
I agree it was a very good show. The guys seemed to enjoy themselves on stage, & they know they are favorites here in St. Louis. This was the 8th time I have seen them live, & I hope for the opportunity to see them again. They never disappoint.
Rock On, Mojozoso! And thanks again!!
Thank you for the great comment! I’m glad I could help you relive your experience.
