The Occupy movement gets minimal coverage here in the States. If you’re in the States, and don’t think that’s true, take a look at any other foreign news site. My wife followed the police attack on Occupy Oakland, which was just a test case to see how people would react when the Man had enough with we chattel, and put us back in our place.

Why Oakland and not San Francisco, Boston, Atlanta, Portland (the biggest protest in the country), NYC…. ? Why do you think? Which group of citizens is most used to being whooped on by police. What group in our country is so often brutalized by the police, that the rest of our society doesn’t even see it?

This is really the Craziest Shit Ever. The picture you see is from Google Earth. It is a section of the island Al Futaisi. That island is owned by a humble renunciate named… wait for it… Hamad. He’s rich. Oil rich.

This kind of reminds me of Chairface Chippendale, a villain of the Tick’s. Chairface tried to write his name on the moon, but was thwarted. Hamad wrote his name on the earth, and was not thwarted. You can read the whole story about the two mile wide letters here. Discuss.

If the bad guys speak like the good guys are supposed to, and the good guys act like bad guys… and the good guys imprison, torture, lie, extort, exploit, and exhaust the country, and the people whom they are sworn to serve (remember… public servants), then I believe the time has come for a reevaluation of current values. This robot is designed as a practice droid for dental students in (surprise) Japan.

She blinks, can turn her head, react to pain, and gag. Who said that? Which one of you just said, “Sounds like the perfect woman. Can it cook?”.

Jesus Christ, guys. That’s just wrong. Yes, the face, mouth and hair were made by a uber high end sex doll company. This robot is for science. All of those luscious features are there to create a realistic model for dental students.

If robots have souls, or ever develop them, we will have much to answer for. In any case, it’s the craziest shit ever.

The Twilight World Of Syd Barrett Is Still A Mystery

This new radio documentary about Pink Floyd’s legendary guitarist, and primary songwriter, doesn’t really shine any new light on Syd’s mysterious disappearance from the music world. It does have commentary from Syd’s sister, who was his caregiver in later years, as well as what is thought to be Richard Wright’s last interview (before he passed in 2008). It’s 30 minutes long, and if you don’t know Syd, it’s a must hear. If you do know Syd, well, you’ll probably want to hear it as well. So listen up, motherfuckers. It’s the craziest thing ever.

This movie In Search Of The Great Beast 666 was apparently made by a quasi-sentient fungus with no sense of humor, or it was made by my grandmother. By this I mean it is a tad biased against Frater Perderabo.

Aleister Crowley (seen here as a kitty cat) is a polarizing, yet deeply significant, person. This movie seems kind of fluffy to me, although it’s pleasing to watch. I’m watching this now, and I’m at 1:54 of a 2:06 long movie and we’re still in 1924. Crowley died in 1947. I know nothing of this movie other than there’s a lot of corn in it. They play the old ” Is George W Bush the grandson of Aleister Crowley?”  thing. Holy mackerel. Tell when the Rapture is while you’re at it, numbnuts.

Ok, Teach your robot to sing, but why dress it up and put a wig on it? I bet it looks like the creator’s mother. Eewww. Anyway, I’ve warned of (german) robots who  can lie, and of robots who serve ice cream (but do they serve I man?), but now they sing. Skynet has a music channel now. It’s the Craziest Thing Ever.

Can You Imagine The Intensity? It Was A Day Game!

This is crazy because it’s true. Dock Ellis pitched a no hitter against the Padres while on LSD. Sports people know this. Cool people may not. Robin Williams did a bit about it. Watch the video and listen to the man himself tell the story. It’s hilarious, and amazing. If you’ve ever done acid, you understand the enormity of this achievement. One time when I was tripping, it took me like half an hour to make a sandwich. For those who say all drugs are always bad all the time… apparently not.

After six weeks of darkness, Youdopia lives again.  My ISP went under, and all their hosted sites (including mine) were frozen. Until my (old) ISP paid their overdue balance, I was powerless to get my site back (with lawyers and money and even then… jesus). After weeks of furious fist pounding and binge drinking, I finally got my sites released. It was very much like leaving your laptop in your friends car, while you hang out at his house, and his car gets repossessed.

I had fought off junk sickness with a Tumblr, so you can see that I still thought of you.

So now what? Same old same old, I guess. There’s some stuff I missed, like the Pink Floyd reunion a couple weeks back, and I’ll get that up, but other than that, let’s just never speak of this again. Eat your peas before they get cold.
