Well, Youdopia, this is a quicky, but it’s still the Funniest Shit Ever. Well, kind of angry, but funny. Jon Stewart censures the Auto Makers to “Be A Fucking Person!” Humor is truth, sometimes.  I saw this on The Daily Show, but I found the video while reading The Consumerist. You should read it too. It’s awesome.

Well, Youdopia… Jon Stewart took Cramer to the cleaners on the Daily Show last night. In one sense it was amazingly wonderful, but in another sense it is the start of Jon Stewart, politician, and I worry about the Frankenization of a very funny guy. He’s obviously fired up, and goddamnit he won, and he’s right. However, how can he go back to being a funny guy with a great show… he’s now part of the battle. Within ten years I see a senate run, and hubris.

Until then, enjoy the ride. He’s the only one calling bullshit right to the bullshitter’s faces.  This is the coolest shit ever, for real. Bravo, senor Stewart. Remember thou art mortal.

Happy Friday, Youdopia. Many of you have already seen this, but I want to promote this great clip of Jon Stewart sticking it to CNBC on The Daily Show. Talk about polarizing! The plutocrats and oligarchs are harumphing mightily. Thing is… I’m just as broke no matter who’s in power, but I sure am likely to support someone who’s smashing asshole fatcats whose entitlement is so staggering that one has to step back a few paces to even see it. It’s the coolest shit ever.
